The children of Flint have been on a 3 year journey - writing plays in year one; composing music in year two and creating dances in year three. The finale performance is a journey of discovery from mythic beginnings through to the Roman, Norman and English invasions. Dragons, giants and masked characters tell the story of the tenacity of the Welsh- how they accept change, embrace new ‘invaders’ and recognise the importance of unity and integration. Real Ale Trail

Following the success of the April Real Ale Trail last year it will be back on April 28th and again in September 2012. It is a bus based Real Ale Festival involving real ale Pubs running from Mold and up onto Halkyn Mountain through Babell, Caerwys and back along the Mold Denbigh Road. Better than ever with four Buses operating every hour between 11am and 11pm.
